This 350-hectare region produces outstanding wines, mostly red, from local grape varieties.
During your excursion, you will visit three eco-friendly vineyards (organic and biodynamic) and be captivated by their stunning landscapes.

9:30 am: Departure from your accommodation.

10:00 am: Visit the first estate, set in an exceptional location at the foot of the ruins of a 13th-century castle, once the stronghold of the Templars. Nestled on the northern slopes of the Alpilles, the estate spans 250 hectares, including 58 hectares of vines, 4 hectares of olive trees, and 2.5 hectares of almond trees, all meticulously cultivated. Original and unique, you will discover a remarkable cellar designed according to the planetary rotation and Earth’s magnetism, in perfect harmony with its environment. You will conclude with a tasting of wines in all three colors, produced through organic farming.

12:00 pm: For lunch, you will head to a magical place bathed in sunlight, whose beauty captivated Vincent van Gogh and many other artists. A charming restaurant with an idyllic setting, where the generous and delicious cuisine will delight your taste buds.

1:30 pm: Visit the second estate, at the end of a pine-lined avenue bordered by vineyards and olive groves, in the heart of the Alpilles. The estate has cultivated 33 hectares of vines between cliffs and garrigues since 1985 using organic farming methods, revealing the essence of exceptional terroirs every year. The white wines reflect minerality, the rosés are fresh and rich, and the subtle reds offer a sensory journey into the heart of the garrigue.

3:00 pm: Visit the third estate, a unique 30-hectare property nestled in a preserved valley of the Alpilles, southeast of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence. This biodynamic vineyard stands out for its originality, with non-appellation grape varieties and a cellar built according to the golden ratio. Every choice here has a deep meaning. Discover exceptional craftsmanship and be surprised by the authenticity of its wines during a flavorful journey full of discoveries.

5:30 pm: Drop off back at your accommodation.
