The perfect recipe as you discover the vineyards of Provence, on a private tour leaving from Aix-en-Provence and the surrounding area.

Here we’ll visit together some of the most beautiful vineyards in France, in this magical sunlit landscape where hillsides and vineyards alternate with pine forests and olive groves. In the heart of this authentic Provençale setting, there are vineyards to experience full of charm and beautiful architecture. This is home of rosé wines of style and delicacy, reds that are powerful yet of great finesse, and white wines with their delicate floral and fruit aromas.
You’ll get to visit three award winning vineyards, each one with its own personality, where you’ll enjoy a Masterclass on the wines of Provence presented by your sommelier-guide : learning all about the grape varieties, different styles of wine in Provence, viticulture, vinification, ageing, and everything else that goes into making these superb wines. Above all, you’ll taste around a dozen wines in the three colours during the day.

9.30am : Pick up from your accommodation in Aix-en-Provence or the surrounding area (radius of 30km)

10.30 - 12.30: Chateau Paradis
A private visit of the estate: with a walk in the vines, discovery of the winery and the aging cellars.
Our Masterclass to expand your knowledge of wine tasting and the wines of Provence, followed by a tutored tasting of some of the best wines of the estate.

True value doesn’t need the test of time, as attested by Château Paradis. A quality vineyard, a skilful winemaking and attention on details have allowed Château Paradis to move quickly among the major references of the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation.
The wines of Château Paradis are a real pleasure. The house is constantly sharing this joy with multiple events surrounding its wines and vineyards.

12.30pm - 2.00pm: Lunchtime. With a number of options, either in a vineyard or typical local village. (Cost of lunch is not included in the tour).

2.00pm - 3.30pm: Domaine de la Cavale
A private visit of the estate followed by a tasting of some of the best wines of the property.

La Cavale is a 42-hectare wine estate. Designed by architect Jean Michel Wilmotte, La Cavale is all about sharing: novices and initiates alike can taste the wines of the vineyard and discover new ones. Both cultural and unusual, La Cavale is a unique experience. It’s a place where wine and refinement awaken the senses and stir the emotions against the magnificent backdrop of the Luberon regional park. Its wines are full of sunshine, character and finesse. Certified organic since the 2020 vintage.

4 pm: Chateau de Sannes
A private visit of the estate followed by a tasting of some of the best wines of the property.

An air of timelessness permeates the shade cast by the Sannes plane trees. The air’s blue gaze tempts you along the honey-coloured drive leading to the chateau. The old mill drinks the gentle wind above the green strokes of vineyards painted on the Luberon landscape. The sunshine beats down on summer’s red cherries embraced by lavender’s mauve fragrance. Step into the garden’s cool air...
The wines are the fruit of a union between exceptional terroir, unique grape varieties and Mediterranean sunshine, brought together by the ingenuity of Sannes’ people.

5.30 pm - 6.00 pm: Drop off back at your accommodation.
