At the heart of a family estate, the morning will be devoted to discovering the wonderful wines of Provence and what makes them so internationally renowned: their delicate Rosés. In the afternoon, you’ll discover the oldest estate in Provence, a pearl of the terroir: La Liquoristerie de Provence. Visit the production facilities, followed by a tasting session and the preparation of two excellent cocktails.

9.30 am : Departure from your hotel

10.30 am: Nestled in a green and gentle setting, you will discover an authentic family vineyard located in one of the best terroirs in Provence. A full tour will give you a wealth of knowledge about how to produce excellent Rosés in particular. A commented tasting of the estate’s best wines will take your taste buds on a journey through the flavours of Provence.

1.00 pm: Lunch at a restaurant in a small Provencal village.

3.00 pm: Visit to the Liquoristerie de Provence at Château Saint Martin - Cru Classé.
An emblematic Provence house, the Liquoristerie de Provence creates and produces a rich collection of liqueurs and spirits, an aspect of the Art de Vivre of Provence known only to the initiated. You’ll visit the production areas and then taste a selection of the finest spirits. To finish on a high note, you will learn how to prepare two original cocktails with unforgettable flavours.
